Well, u see, i have taken up self jogging and cardio. And have been doing so for the past weeks, mostly 3-5 times a week, when im not working in the evening.
But well, as u see, now.. im drinking my beer...

Yes, i just came back from a jog around the neighborhood, like i always used to do, and my cardio work-out. And.... after 20 mins of resting, i take a shower.. and guess what? i reach into the fridge to grab a beer, and a stick of ciggys. How ironic right. However, when i know im going out for a run, i try not to smoke 1 hour before, it tolls an impact on my stamina. ( Ha.. talk bout being healthy. gosh.. )
Gosh.. how contradicting can it be?!! So i wonder, what the hell am i getting used to running around the neighborhood, blasting trance through my iPod, wishing i would past by some cute guys ( which inevitable i did, but i wasnt running at that time, i was just standing outside my gate), and so called, i think im running coz im just bored, or either the "trance" music just keeps my adrenaline pumping. Or i guess im just really really getting bored.. Coz i have been running whenever i can, even though it means i woke up early in the morning for the Breakfast shift, came home.. slack wait n wait until the stupid sun goes down, change into my gear, and hit the streets. My share mate was even wondering where the hell i get my energy from.
But.... it has become a habit to be jogging/cardio every evening, and if i don't do that, i feel damn weird... but hell, beer and ciggys later in the night? How contradicting, as to what my sharemates say.. with a * shakes head* " tsktsk".....
P.S: im addicted to my Foxtel, so im hardly online.. hahahah
