Its been a while.. and it was really fast. Back in Perth just within after a week of touching down from SG due to issues.
But therefore, i have remained internet-less for again another week, till i couldn't take it, i had to borrow my friend's internet device. Alright alright.. thanks to you ya.. :P
I mean. for the past 4-5 weeks of waiting for the internet to be set up, the modem+software to be sent out by the department, all along i was wondering what crap company takes so long and if i was the consumer, i would just immediately put up all the fuss, for making me wait so long. But then again, i thought to be patient.
But then, it comes to realise, that my housemate HASN'T deposit a single cent for the modem and software to be mailed over, and all this 4 weeks, it made it seem lke the company wasnt allowed to credit and refund their mail, and thus i though a deposit has bee made.
Im like " WTH....." Duh.. as a consumer, if they can make u take this long to recieve the internet, w/o you depositing any cash so as to secure payment and speedy mail, what makes u think i the company would care less, then to another whom already had made a deposit and give them first piority. As the consumer, i wouldnt have care less, and would go ahead to sign up straight with others which i known i can get it done by a day. Crap right? and still can mention, u will give them up to NEXT MON again. as the parcel is on its way... DUH.... faints, for 4 weeks..what a good consumer.
Oh well, but so u will just end up waiting and waiting .. while here i am, on internet... * evil grins*
